Each student is required to participate in a programme known as Christian Ministry in Action (CMIA). The programme provides students with opportunities to practice acquired ministry skills and to observe the dynamics of Christian ministry in a local church or school.
CMIA placements are made at the beginning of each academic year and are viewed as an integral part of a student’s education at KIST. Student’s performance in CMIA is assessed through regular evaluations from the chaplain and the host supervisors.
